Our Services

Everyday an assigned Caregiver will visit a Veteran's home or place of residence and provide FREE home healthcare services such as: personal hygiene, companionship and support, exercise and activities, light housekeeping and laundry, grocery shopping, run errands, transfer and ambulation. Activities of Daily Living services are provided as directed by your Doctor to meet individual needs, in order to ensure the delivery of quality care.

Personal Care Services

These service are for wounded and disabled Veterans experiencing minor or serious health conditions and in need of Personal Care. Our Certified Nursing Aides and Home Health Aides can assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) like Personal Hygiene, Companionship & Support, Meal Preparation and Feeding, Transfer and Ambulation, and Changing Incontinence Product etc.

Skilled Care Services

Veterans discharged from hospitalization or rehabilitation, or those with more severe health conditions. No matter what the needs are Care USA Foundation Inc, provides skilled care services including skilled in home nursing caregivers.

Specialized Care Services

For Veterans who depend upon more specialized care, Care USA Foundation, provide Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and Dementia care etc.
